I recently bought a 2021 Forester at Cityside, replacing my much loved but obsolete 2009 Forester. I did my research ahead of time and called Crystal, given her great reviews on this site. I was very focused on buying a car quickly - preferably in one day - and negotiating as much as possible over the phone. I had a few cars in mind based on their current inventory. Crystal made it happen - I left that night with my new car! Crystal is friendly, straight forward and really cares. She's a real pro. She stayed with me until 7:15 PM, showing me how to use the options in my new car. Buying a new car is never 'fun', but I have no regrets. Crystal made a difference and I highly recommend her. More
