Very Easy Experience with Glen Glen was friendly and laid back. He offered up test drives on both the Outback and Forrester in quick order. Because Glen is very professional, intuitive and a good listener, he understood exactly what I was looking for and he helped me to make choices that kept me within my expected budget. I also appreciated his patience in familiarizing me with my new car and his responsiveness to my phone calls. Michael Nelson in Finance was also very also very pleasant, professional and low key. He did a great job explaining options that were available without any pressure. The entire experience was very pleasant and stress free. Glen was easy to work with and we used truecar.com to get bids from multiple dealers after test driving at cityside. This made negotiations easy to do over the phone and Glen was very responsive and found a bids from multiple dealers after test driving at cityside. When we came in to do the paperwork there were no surprises, everything was as promised without any of the tactics that some dealers are reported to use to try to get you to spend more. Overall a positive experience with Glen being helpful but not pushy. More

Sales: Ordered car from them. Car arrived, sales guy said he called me for 3 days straight and couldn't get a hold of me, turns out he said he got my initial contact info wrong, so I asked tell me what's wro he called me for 3 days straight and couldn't get a hold of me, turns out he said he got my initial contact info wrong, so I asked tell me what's wrong with it, he said he deleted my profile.... ???? deleting a customer's profile, great move. Service: Obviously got my car somewhere else, but wanted to try them for service since they are the closest. Told them I need snow tires mounted on another set of rims and then put onto my car. So we got a scheduled date. I prepared for a whole week for this: need to get my youngest brother who just got his license half a year ago to tail me with 8 items (tires & rims) in the station wagon all the way from Boston to Belmont. Got there successfully and dropped off the items, thought everything's gonna be smooth. Got the call not 10 minutes later that they don't want to do this job because of potential scratching on the rims??? WTH? why schedule the appointment and make me do all this effort of getting there to tell me "NO GO"??!! Went to Subaru of Wakefield, got the service done. No hassle. More

I needed a new car relatively quickly and I knew what I wanted. From the beginning Glen was helpful and willing to work with me as well as offer suggestion and alternatives in order to get what I wanted an wanted.
