We were searching online for a Tuscon Hybrid 2022. Crown Hyundai was the only dealership that had the color and model we wanted coming in. We were immediately in contact with Glen Gastro. He worked with us remotely to secure the car before it was received by the dealership as we live over an hour away. It is a very popular model. He was very responsive to our questions and helped us through the process. It was great to finally meet Glen when we picked up the car. He is very knowledgeable and was thorough in supplying us with what we needed to know. It was a great buying experience! Thank you Glen! More

We dealt with Glen and Mukuh off and on through the process of purchasing our car. At the beginning, they were nice and friendly. Glen was very helpful and even showed my brother-in-law the car to hel process of purchasing our car. At the beginning, they were nice and friendly. Glen was very helpful and even showed my brother-in-law the car to help us make a purchasing decision. The car was beautiful and the price was excellent. We live 5 1/2 hours from the dealership, but were willing to drive to get a good car at a good price. The vehicle had a safety recall for the windshield, but we were assured it would be ready August 2nd. We took leave from work to drive to St. Pete to get the car. When we were an hour away, we received a call stating the car was not ready for pickup but we could come ahead and do all the paperwork. We did, only to find out that this dealership would not take our Credit Union's financing. We had to use their financing which was 3% higher. We signed an agreement that the car would be delivered to us in our hometown on Friday August 5 around noon and were assured that Mikuh himself would be delivering the car. At 11:30, I called Mukuh only to find out he had not left the dealership and there was another "mix-up." The story changed again and we were informed a delivery company was going to be used, but they thought the car was going to be delivered 2 hours away; not 5 1/2. The contract said I would have the car on August 5th and I wanted the car on August 5th. Mikuh said it could be delivered the next day; however, at this point, I had lost all trust in his word. I had to come up with a resolution to the problem which was to meet Mikuh halfway. There was more expense incurred to get the car. I am happy with the car, just not the experience with the salesperson to actually drive away with the vehicle. I also left two messages for managers (Casey and Tyler). I have yet to receive a call back from either of them. Bottom line, you may get a good deal and a beautiful vehicle (which is why I recommended the dealership), but be cautious when it comes to the sales personnel. More
