I am especially excited to work with a distinguished manufacturer like Subaru, in a state of the art facility that is Subaru Superstore of Surprise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. My hobbies include trying to keep up with whatever my teenage son is currently interested in; airsofting, motorcycle riding, camping, etc.

John William was Very friendly, polite and easy to work with. Was not pushy. We were already sold on Subaru since we had a 2023 Crosstrek for over three years. Glenn takes the time to thoroughly explain what’s needed, why it’s needed, and what to expect, which builds a lot of trust. He never makes you feel rushed or pressured and genuinely cares about providing great service. Glenn makes servicing my car easy and stress-free. Because of Glenn I own two Subaru’s.
