I am especially excited to work with a distinguished manufacturer like Subaru, in a state of the art facility that is Subaru Superstore of Surprise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. My hobbies include trying to keep up with whatever my teenage son is currently interested in; airsofting, motorcycle riding, camping, etc.

I recently moved here from out of state and needed a maintenance service done. I was able to immediately find a time on the schedule that worked for me. When I arrived, Glenn greeted me and went ove maintenance service done. I was able to immediately find a time on the schedule that worked for me. When I arrived, Glenn greeted me and went over everything with patience and diligence. He updated my prior services in the system so this service department would have all of my records. While I waited, a few employees walked by and both greeted me. I felt valued. The area I worked in while waiting for my vehicle was also very clean and very well-maintained. The service was completed in the time Glenn said it would be. He went over the video of my service and even helped me update my "MySubaru" information. I definitely recommend going here. More

John Williams was my first contact. Later, that afternoon, he introduced me to his sales Manager, Jonathon Inzunza during my visit. I was on the way home from having my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid serviced. I was so impressed I kept John's card with my Honda Service papers. I'm 88 years old and have a lot of experience with leasing and purchasing cars especially Hondas. Over the last few months I have been in touch with John. He is the guy you don't want to miss out on in case you might be interested in a purchase of a new car. Yesterday I drove out of the Subaru Superstore of Surprise with my new 2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring. All after a very pleasant day making the final purchase. That isn't quite the end of the story! I can't say enough about John's personality, knowledge of his vehicles and how to treat and take care of a customer, and in my case, when we first met, someone who hardly would seem likely to be thinking of purchasing any new vehicle. John, and these people that were involved with completing my purchase right to the end were really a pleasure to deal with. In John's case, I am very conscious of him being there for me, POST purchase for questions if I need help or any thing else. Something that was apparent to me the very first time we met. The Subaru Superstore of Surprise is and has been for me a great experience though out these months. I arrived at my appointment for general Maintenance and was serviced right away. I was told it would take about 1 hour and they were done right on time. When. Checking out I had forgot to tell them I had s was serviced right away. I was told it would take about 1 hour and they were done right on time. When. Checking out I had forgot to tell them I had small issue with brakes periodically and they were able to lot only look at them but fixed them right then. I only had to wait little longer and car was ready. This was wonderful as I live 1 1/2 hr away now. Real great service, Thanks so much Gail More
