As an Arizona native, I have worked in the automotive industry since 1982. I thrive on the challenges of helping customers navigate the complex and changing world of car maintenance and ownership. I am especially excited to work with a distinguished manufacturer like Subaru, in a state of the art facility that is Subaru Superstore of Surprise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. My hobbies include trying to keep up with whatever my teenage son is currently interested in; airsofting, motorcycle riding, camping, etc.

Glenn, was great, took the time to see if my car needed a computer update when I came in for an oil change. My car needed an update, and he got the update done. From my first meeting with John Williams who turned out to be my sales associate, it has been 100% great. I had just finished my 2024 Honda CRV getting service and decided to see what Subaru s were all abo to be my sales associate, it has been 100% great. I had just finished my 2024 Honda CRV getting service and decided to see what Subaru s were all about I told where I had been and was in no way considering another car. After some pleasant conversation and looking at the cars in the show room I told him I had go. He asked me to meet his sales manager Jonathan Inzunza before I left. I was so impressed with John and Jonathan when I got home, I stapled their business cards to my Honda service receipt. Luckily I did that. It was weeks or a couple months or so I went back to see John. Last week I drove a new 2026 Subaru Forester Touring Hybrid home. That shortens the story a lot but leaves out all the great personnel that were involved with this purchase with John being the absolute leader of the pack. He is absolutely responsible for this deal. More
