As an Arizona native, I have worked in the automotive industry since 1982. I thrive on the challenges of helping customers navigate the complex and changing world of car maintenance and ownership. I am especially excited to work with a distinguished manufacturer like Subaru, in a state of the art facility that is Subaru Superstore of Surprise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. My hobbies include trying to keep up with whatever my teenage son is currently interested in; airsofting, motorcycle riding, camping, etc.

John William was Very friendly, polite and easy to work with. Was not pushy. We were already sold on Subaru since we had a 2023 Crosstrek for over three years.
