This team appreciated and respected that I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed income and they all tried to get me incredibly low interest on my loan and communicated with senior leaders and altogether they where able to offer me a deal that kept my payment in an affordable range. I’m so grateful for all their help and their sincere caring attitudes. This buying experience was positive and pleasing. They offer beverages,fruits and food loaded with carbs if you wanted. This is honestly the best buying experience I’ve had when purchasing a car. We walked into Colonial Ford Friday night (not knowing they closed at 6) asking about an Edge we saw on the lot. Not once did Glenn (our sales guy) tell us they were not open but proceeded to show us the car and asked if we wanted to test drive. When we did realize the business was closed how silly did we feel? We did come back the next day and did the test drive and picked up the car Sunday. What impressed me was the customer service. In today’s world it’s hard to find such customer focused employees but maybe that’s because Colonial Ford employs them all, at least in Plymouth. We will continue to give them are business and I recommend them to everyone looking for a great car buying experience! More
