He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to upsell me. The entire process—from test drive to financing—was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. All my questions were answered honestly, and I felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find a dealership that values customer experience this much. Sales and finance associates were great but the dealership policy around putting gas in a purchased vehicle would prevent me from returning or recommending this dealership. We drove over 3 hours to dealership policy around putting gas in a purchased vehicle would prevent me from returning or recommending this dealership. We drove over 3 hours to help my son purchase his dream car. After the purchase my son was informed that the dealership would not fill the purchased car up for his return home and had to take $50 out of his pocket after spending $42k on the car. This in my opinion poor customer service from the dealership. Maybe the owner needs to re-think their policy. It’s not about the money it’s the point that I could have went to a closer dealer and they would appreciate me enough to fill the car up. More

Purchased a used 2025 Infiniti QX60 on 11/29/25 that was represented as having a clean CARFAX with no disclosed damage. After purchase, my car detailer discovered paint overspray, signs of prior body repair represented as having a clean CARFAX with no disclosed damage. After purchase, my car detailer discovered paint overspray, signs of prior body repair on the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper repair. The dealership has denied responsibility, citing an as-is sale and the CARFAX report, despite clear physical evidence of repair. Disappointed that a franchised Infiniti dealer would sell a vehicle with undisclosed body work and refuse to address it. Posting for consumer awareness and hoping Infiniti corporate will review. More

Mark was very professional and made the process of buying our Infiniti easy and stress-free.
