Mike was extremely friendly, cordial, and helpful from start to finish, and really seemed to care about his customers. Car purchases always carry some degree of pain and discomfort, but Mike's service made the process much more pleasant than we would normally expect - definitely giving him all 10s in the formal survey! We are repeat customers (purchased 3 Sonatas going back to 2008) and we are very happy with the quality and reliability of the Hyundai line and the service at Family Hyundai. Looking at the list of employees below, I see that Tom Salin is also listed. Although we did not work with him on the actual purchase, I must say that in my 10+ years of being a Family Hyundai customer, Tom is the most friendly and courteous service rep and I always look forward to running into him whenever I bring my Hyundais in for service or repairs.
