Casey was extremely helpful and patience throughout my used car shopping. I looked at numerous vehicles and she was never trying to force a sale like so many other dealers attempt to do. She was understan used car shopping. I looked at numerous vehicles and she was never trying to force a sale like so many other dealers attempt to do. She was understanding and encouraging that I take time to consider if the vehicle was the right fit. Over 1 month of shopping at Five Star Subaru, she was consistently there for me when I needed it and eventually helped me get into the vehicle I was looking for. It was refreshing working with Casey, as she was always friendly, patient, and considerate of what I was looking for. She did not mind if I took time to consider a deal, never pushing me to sign when I didn't want to. Been to many dealerships and worked with many salespeople and Casey and Five Star Subaru were by far the best shopping experience I've had. More
