Rodney and Vitaliy are my go-to guys, but everyone I've interacted with has treated me like family. Greg Edwards reflects the level of courtesy, competence and professionalism that I expected from Herb Gordon Subaru. Mr. Edwards promptly and courteously resolved the problem that arose during my first vi and professionalism that I expected from Herb Gordon Subaru. Mr. Edwards promptly and courteously resolved the problem that arose during my first visit to this service department. When I went to drop off our car for the repair of that problem, the paperwork and loaner car were waiting for me - no waiting or hassle. Mr. Edwards listened respectfully to my concerns, and made it clear that Herb Gordon wants to keep me as a customer. When the minor body damage to our car was repaired (skillfully), Mr. Edwards personally delivered the car to our home. We all make mistakes, and I appreciate that Mr. Edwards was sincerely apologetic for the mistakes of others on his team, and did everything in his power to make up for these mistakes. I value that kind of leadership, and am confident that Mr. Edwards will use this as a teaching opportunity . I am confident that, if we return to Herb Gordon in the future, Greg Edwards will ensure that we receive courteous and exemplary service. More

Herb Gordon Subaru supported me while in the midst of my very own “series of unfortunate events” and I can’t thank them enough! Driving in downtown Bethesda, my power steering suddenly went out and then m very own “series of unfortunate events” and I can’t thank them enough! Driving in downtown Bethesda, my power steering suddenly went out and then my battery died. After being towed to Herb Gordon Subaru, I was introduced to Vitaliy, a phenomenal service advisor. Together both he and Greg kept me informed about the costs of the parts/services that my car needed. That day they had me in a loaner car and I was able to continue my appointments— a realtor needs their car! I asked very bluntly if I should purchase a new car or if my Outback with only 90k miles would continue to drive well after said repairs. I felt confident in their guidance to continue with repairs. My brakes were an issue and after trying several options, the part needed was going to cost close to another $1000 I was distraught. Subaru worked with me and helped to offset some of the costs of the part needed...I was already spending a chunk of $$ and they realized my situation. They treated me with so much respect and I felt truly guided in making my decisions. Fast forward to the day I’m going to pick up my car and return the loaner — I got rear ended in the LOANER car!! I felt so bad, even though it wasn’t my fault, I still felt like I wrecked a brand new car that they loaned and was mortified. Ken, the service manager called to check on me while I was still at the scene and reassured me that everything was okay and accidents happen. Laurie also helped to assuage my concerns by making the insurance accident reporting effortless. I can’t say enough about the amazing folks at Herb Gordon Subaru. I felt cared for, understood, and appreciated as a customer. I’ve always known I’d be a lifelong Subaru driver, but I won’t ever take my car or buy another car from anyone but the incredible folks at Herb Gordon! Came in to the dealer as the airbag light was on and Ac was not blowing enough cool air.
