After my 7 year relationship with Herb Gordon Subaru, my feelings are still the same. I love everything about this dealership. My car always leaves happy and healthy and it’s NEVER a hassle. I’ve come in with appointments but anytime I’ve ever needed ANYTHING they are happy to help, making the time to prioritize you. However, the best aspect of Herb Gordon Subaru is the customer service experience. All the staff are super experienced and kind. RODNEY ROGERS is the BEST! If I ever need anything, he is always there to and makes sure I leave smiling :) To wrap it up, if you’re thinking about purchasing a Subaru (which you should) Herb Gordon Subaru is the dealership for you:) More

I can be pretty skeptical about having someone work on my car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going car. Usually my husband does 90% of the maintenance and repairs on our vehicles. But since I bought my first Subaru at Herb Gordon, I have been going there for much of the work. I feel like they've been honest with me as far as what my car needs and what my husband can do. (So that's helped on some of the labor costs and I really appreciate that!) Shout out to my new favorite service advisor, Michael Goodman! And the last time I went in I did not have an appointment, I was just doing the walk-in Express. All of the service advisors were busy, so the service director, Greg Edwards came right out to help me. Quality leadership makes a great team! Thank you Greg and Michael! More

This is the Best place to service your vehicle! I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over I took my car in because I was having an issue and my mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with my car but I knew there was. I took the car over to the Service department and they were able to not only find a fix the issue But they also gave me ideas as to what needs to get fixed next. I’m so thankful that I can come to the marina she comes up with my car. More

Employees are all very professional as well as very friendly and helpful. I have been having my cars (first a WRX and then a Legacy) serviced there for 17-18 years. My husband used to drive Toyotas, bu friendly and helpful. I have been having my cars (first a WRX and then a Legacy) serviced there for 17-18 years. My husband used to drive Toyotas, but when he decided to buy a new car almost 3 years ago, I told him that if he would buy a Subaru I would take it for all the servicing since going to Herb Gordon is a good experience. He bought his first Subaru, a Forester, and he loves it and especially that I lived up to my promise of taking it for servicing. Herb Gordon Subaru has wonderful facilities, including a fancy coffee maker that makes a great mocha. Bathroom facilities are well stocked and super clean. But the best is the great servicing of cars and the great staff. I will always buy a Subaru and only at Herb Gordon where I will entrust all servicing to them. Thank you, Herb Gordon Subaru! More

Rodney and Vitaliy are my go-to guys, but everyone I've interacted with has treated me like family. They always take care of me and my ride and I've always felt like they have my best interest in mind. Whe interacted with has treated me like family. Greg Edwards reflects the level of courtesy, competence and professionalism that I expected from Herb Gordon Subaru. Mr. Edwards promptly and courteously resolved the problem that arose during my first vi and professionalism that I expected from Herb Gordon Subaru. Mr. Edwards promptly and courteously resolved the problem that arose during my first visit to this service department. When I went to drop off our car for the repair of that problem, the paperwork and loaner car were waiting for me - no waiting or hassle. Mr. Edwards listened respectfully to my concerns, and made it clear that Herb Gordon wants to keep me as a customer. When the minor body damage to our car was repaired (skillfully), Mr. Edwards personally delivered the car to our home. We all make mistakes, and I appreciate that Mr. Edwards was sincerely apologetic for the mistakes of others on his team, and did everything in his power to make up for these mistakes. I value that kind of leadership, and am confident that Mr. Edwards will use this as a teaching opportunity . I am confident that, if we return to Herb Gordon in the future, Greg Edwards will ensure that we receive courteous and exemplary service. More
