I was just looking at new Mustangs when I went to Carmen ford. Bob was the first salesman I came in contact with and he was very helpful. When we went on a test drive he pointed out everything I needed to ford. Bob was the first salesman I came in contact with and he was very helpful. We would like to thank the Carman dealership in general but specifically Greg G. for another great experience buying our latest vehicle. We have purchased ten vehicles from Carman Ford over the years, the but specifically Greg G. for another great experience buying our latest vehicle. We have purchased ten vehicles from Carman Ford over the years, the last five from Greg. We could go to another dealership for the same product but we could never replace the people,that is why this dealership is the best. Carman is the best dealership we have ever dealt with and Greg is the best of the best. When you leave a dealership and don't experience buyer's remorse, you know you have found a special place. A wonderful example of true commitment to a customer ; Our daughter's Fusion died and we were going to have it towed to the dealership but the service dept. was closed so we called Greg at around 9pm. We just wanted to know if there was a tow co. that that dealer preferred to work with and Greg being the great guy he is looked up our account to see if it was still under warranty and it was, so we just called the roadside # from Ford, which Greg got for us. We have never had a problem with any vehicle so totally forgot about the roadside assistance . Greg did all of this and checked to make sure all was ok, just a dead battery, THIS WAS OVER YEAR AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CAR ! That is an unheard of level of customer service. When you buy a car from Greg it's like buying a car from a friend, he is just that kind of person. Thank You and we'll be seeing for our next daughter's car soon.... More

I had an excellent experience from begining to end. First I went online to inquire about financing available, interest %..etc and had an online chat with Sebastian. I told him I'd rather buy a house t First I went online to inquire about financing available, interest %..etc and had an online chat with Sebastian. I told him I'd rather buy a house then haggle over a car because it was easier and I was trying to do as much as I could online to avoid wasting time. I ended the online chat with Sebastian knowing if I wanted a car I was going to have to 'waste' my time. Within 15 minutes I received a call at home from Sebastian. He wanted me to know that he would have a salesman available to help me right away and with my pre-approval things would move pretty quickly. I went into the dealership as scheduled, picked out a car, told them how much $$ I had to put down, and where I wanted my payments. I ended up with a car that was much nicer then I thought I could afford, but Tom the salesman 'worked the numbers' and I couldn't be happier. He told me all my options as far as leasing versus owning and new versus used which was extremely helpful. The overall test drive, talking, dealing, final sale, and driving away with a new car took about 2 hours (which is unheard of in car sales)!! I went back the next day to get a one on one walk through of all the functions of my new car (considering I got the loaded version with things I never knew were even an option). I appreciated the one on one attention and the personal thank you from Greg the manager when I left. I didn't feel like a number and they invited me back anytime if I had any questions or problems. It was sincere and I know they meant it - I've heard that about Carman which is why I went there myself. It's nice to know that in a world where car dealerships are a dime a dozen, that Carman sets itself apart from the rest. Thank you, Carman Ford for that! We will send people your way and we will be back for our next vehicle! More

I came into the dealership on Saturday November 2nd, just browsing. When I pulled up Greg Grimaldi pleasantly met and greeted me. After speaking with him and telling him what I wanted, wanted to spend, and t browsing. When I pulled up Greg Grimaldi pleasantly met and greeted me. After speaking with him and telling him what I wanted, wanted to spend, and the price I was willing to pay for this particular vehicle, he called me on Monday the 4th and had everything arranged. Mike Sipala and Greg worked diligently to make this happen for me. This has been the most pleasurable experience I have ever had when car shopping. I knew the price I was paying and all of the details about the transaction was clearly explained. I had bought my prior car at another dealer and when I left I wasn't sure of the final price or the financial details. Bob Carty also went over everything and answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with my purchase but even more satisfied with the service from this team. I will be coming here for all of my future purchases. This was very important to me as a woman because most dealers see a female coming and try to take advantage of our "lack of knowledge" about cars. Not so in this case. Kudos to these gentlemen. I was a return customer. Greg and Bob were really awesome to work with. We felt great about the deal we got and although other dealers were making our lives miserable (calling, trying to mess up the deal with had with Carman) the great about the deal we got and although other dealers were making our lives miserable (calling, trying to mess up the deal with had with Carman) these guys kept everything on the up and up, pushed through the crap from the other dealer and were able to deliver the perfect car! Really happy we stopped there and incredibly happy we got connected with Greg. Really professional, followed up on every item, delivered a respectable and clean deal, everything was clear and concise, nothing even remotely shady, VERY knowledgeable about the cars - I would strongly recommend Greg for anyone looking at either Ford or Lincoln. I will be a Carman customer for life. More
