Outstanding Customer Service As a first time new car buyer, I could not have had a better shopping/purchase experience than I had with Carman Ford. After visiting several car dea As a first time new car buyer, I could not have had a better shopping/purchase experience than I had with Carman Ford. After visiting several car dealerships in the Philadelphia region, I decided to drive a little extra to get to Carman because they had two cars in stock I was hoping to test drive. I was immediately greeted by an outstanding sales consultant named Joe Giachinno. Unlike many other salesmen I had dealt with so far Joe was actually concerned about finding me a car I wanted rather than just moving a car off the lot. I was able to really test drive the cars and get a feel for them, as compared with some dealerships that just let you take a short loop around the block. He took the time to answer all of my questions and if there was an odd ball question he didn't know, he directed me to someone who did rather than just making an answer up. As a result of Joe's, Greg's (who helped me finalize the deal the next day) and David's hard work I was able to get a great car that I wanted, not a car I was talked into. I highly recommend Carman Ford and look forward to future car buying experiences with them. More

what wonderful service After being told by Roxanne that the person I wanted to see in the dealership would be there waiting (she said she "had checked with him"), found tha After being told by Roxanne that the person I wanted to see in the dealership would be there waiting (she said she "had checked with him"), found that not only was he not there, but was not there at all yesterday or for the rest of the week. I was quite upset and being lied to. Boy, Did Greg and Mike really step up to the plate?! Greg helped me find an amazing car and Mike helped me get a great deal that included Gap insurance. I certainly needed that after just getting in a bad accident. They stayed late because my work schedule is tough and Greg even took my rental car over to Enterprise for me so I could drive my "new" car home. Bob was great in financing and we got to talk naval history a bit. A great experience overall. would ahve been a five star rating except for the lie at the beginning More
