This is my second time working with Emily and she continues to be so helpful and friendly. I had all four of my tires (and one wheel) replaced back in August 2022 and needed one of them replaced agai continues to be so helpful and friendly. I had all four of my tires (and one wheel) replaced back in August 2022 and needed one of them replaced again today due to two screw punctures. Emily reminded me about the warranty (which I had forgotten about) and got a new tire ordered. I am returning tomorrow to get the new tire put on. Great customer service and a fast turnaround time! Greg was welcoming, respectful and kind. I needed his advice on the care of my 4-Runner and he explained what needed to be done in language and terms I was able to understand. Came in with my Camry Hybrid today for a Radiator Grill Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out a Shutter error and Engine Light warning. My service advisor was Greg Hoffman. Delightful, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had it figured out almost before we got out to the car. Sure enough, something (in this case an unfortunate bird) was blocking the shutter mechanism. He got down and pulled it out, scanned for additional errors, reset the system and I was on my way. 10 minutes total tops. No charge ..... and that's a very good price!
