When I bought my slightly used 2020 RAV 4 Hybrid at Royal Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gre Moore, the customer service was excellent. In March, I went to the car wash, and one of my sensors got pushed in, so I went to have it fixed, and Gresham Toyota was so honest, that they told me that another sensor had come loose, and fallen in to the bumper as it wasn’t attached properly, and suggested that I go back to Royal Moore for correction. So I went back to Royal Moore to have them deal with the issue as it was improperly attached by one of their employees years ago, and they did an amazing job. They took care of me, owned their mistake, and honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. I love my car and it runs perfectly! Carmen was absolutely incredible. Carmen was kind, caring, and really put my needs first. He deserves a raise 🌺. I most definitely will be back to Royal Moore for my next vehicle. I had a couple problems with my car, I ended up taking it into George and he was absolutely amazing. The problem with my car was hard to diagnose but every time I took it in I could see George working really into George and he was absolutely amazing. Royal Moore Toyota and George did an amazing job on my car and i’m very happy with the service I got! They are awesome!! More

This is my second time working with Emily and she continues to be so helpful and friendly. I had all four of my tires (and one wheel) replaced back in August 2022 and needed one of them replaced agai continues to be so helpful and friendly. I had all four of my tires (and one wheel) replaced back in August 2022 and needed one of them replaced again today due to two screw punctures. Emily reminded me about the warranty (which I had forgotten about) and got a new tire ordered. I am returning tomorrow to get the new tire put on. Great customer service and a fast turnaround time! More

Greg was welcoming, respectful and kind. I needed his advice on the care of my 4-Runner and he explained what needed to be done in language and terms I was able to understand. I had to return for additional services and he arranged for a time that worked best for me. Then, when the service was complete, he walked me to my vehicle and verified for me that the issue was resolved. Greg is a true professional and represents Royal Moore incredibly well. More
