They are all courteous, knowledgeable and most of all positive in discharging their duties and that says a lot for any business. If you have a happy staff, your customers feel relaxed and in competent hands. I was especially impressed with the way they handled the service customers amid the Covid 19 pandemic. They practiced all the proper protocols to ensure their own safety as well as the customers and were very diligent with returning your car sanitized and ready to go. In the 40 years my husband and I have been driving VWs, this is the best dealership we've ever encountered. More
