They made things right. I brought my Jeep in for repair and it didn't get done according to my expectation. Turned around and brought it back. Communication was not as good as it should have been with my service advisor. But Gregory H. went above and beyond to keep me happy. He gave my info to a sales associate (who unfortunately never felt the need to call me). But Mr. Whitehead rocks! He is the manager and after quite a fiasco with Uber (that's another story lol) he got me in to see him and make me a satisfied customer. I hope the dealership realizes his value! He introduced me to Malcolm who is very personable and listens to the client. We checked out several Jeeps and at the end of the day I drove home in a newer Jeep. Malcolm has reached out to me in the past 24 hours to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Thank you to Malcolm and Mr. Whitehead! With associates like yourselves I will be a returning Jeep owner. More
