Their no BS approach, efficient and immediate responses to any questions or concerns I had in person, over the phone or by text is what always brought me back when it was time to upgrade my vehicle. Their service oriented, professional attitudes and ability to work through and spend the time explaining in detail our best options makes them a true pleasure to work with. This is my first experience with Camren McKenna but he continued the tradition of excellence that I have come to expect from the staff at Mohawk Honda. His knowledge of his cars and his competitors was top notch and he also was always there with an immediate response to any texts/emails I had sent as we worked through finding the best Honda for us. Please do take this seriously because it crushes me having to say such nice things about a guy named after a former Boston Bruin. As my family and therefore likely cars in my household continue to grow, I will always continue to contact Nick, Greg and Cam and make the few hour trip from Brooklyn to Schenectady for all my auto needs. When I started meeting with my sales consultant, it was clear why I hear more good things about Mohawk Honda than any other car dealership in the area. They were able to work with me and within my budget to get me exactly what I wanted, plus some unexpected bonuses. I understood every step of the process, which is nice considering all of the formalities that go into purchasing a car. Before leaving the lot with my car, they made sure all of my questions about basic operations and special features were answered. They gave me a good value for my trade in and a fair price on the car, and I appreciated how honest they were when offering me extra care packages in the end stages of the purchase. I can't say enough good things about this buying experience. I will definitely be returning to Mohawk Honda in the future (even though I won't need a new car for a while!) More
