New service manager is rocking it out of the park. Great place to get and keep a BMW and BMW is the best vehicle as far as I am concerned. Checked out alternatives at Mercedez and Audi and others but always come back to BMW to get a new car. Nothing like the new X5. More

Eric Bosak was great , he left Antoinette-genius was great, she left. Greg Jones told me my car was a front wheel drive and was going to replace front two tires after I told him that would mess up my drive train and he’s the mgr and assured me my car was front wheel drive . Not true after I called Tampa BMW and then looked up in my paperwork . My husband took my car in this past time and he connected with Susan Schoengold who was knowledgeable, caring and took care of us . Derek was great and even called me to tell me about my car and when it would be completed! That was a first from service team and a very nice touch . Derek and Susan have Redeemed this dealership, maybe it takes a man to bring in the car here as I’ve had no luck as a female sadly . Thank you Derek and Susan! More
