Terrible grouo of liars Terrible. Have a lease with BMW covering service over all USA and pay a pretty penny for it. These guys had to bring me an hour south (from Tampa) twi Terrible. Have a lease with BMW covering service over all USA and pay a pretty penny for it. These guys had to bring me an hour south (from Tampa) twice during tax season in order to be able to get my car serviced. They promised I would only loan out a BMW if overnight service was needed and put me in a stinky Chevy instead. Promised free car washes and that didnt haopen. Dint go here, only lies. Don't believe anyone there. Now they won't even answer calls. Liars. None of the names of employees are actually on here. More

Unfortunately, I also had some issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Lol and behold, Andrew and Antoinette who specialize in assisting customers with all the interior capabilities of BMW vehicles, simply showed me the appropriate sequence to connect my new phone and pandora music to my system with a new passcode. I’m so very happy with everyone I’ve been in contact with over the past year. Everyone is so highly trained in their specialty and very empathetic. More

First BMW Experience Bought a 2013 X3 at a non-BMW dealership, 3 days later it had a check engine light and transmission malfunction warning light on. Took it in to Saraso Bought a 2013 X3 at a non-BMW dealership, 3 days later it had a check engine light and transmission malfunction warning light on. Took it in to Sarasota BMW without an appointment, and they were very accommodating. It turned out to be the battery, which was a huge relief. More

Needed new starter I called and told them the problem on a Friday afternoon. Got to the dealership near closing on Friday. They were waiting for me , arranged a rental c I called and told them the problem on a Friday afternoon. Got to the dealership near closing on Friday. They were waiting for me , arranged a rental car and said it should be done next day Mid morning on Saturday Derek called and confirmed what was needed and said he’d call later when ready. He called about 3:00 and I picked up the car. Only 24 hours after problem started it was taken care of.... first class service as always! More
