Three Screws Were No Match To Great Service I was driving my newly purchased BMW without a worry in the world when an alert popped up that there was "low tire pressure." I proceeded to BMW of Sa I was driving my newly purchased BMW without a worry in the world when an alert popped up that there was "low tire pressure." I proceeded to BMW of Sarasota and was met by service personnel including Greg Jones the service manager. Their response to my safety was immediate and I was back on the road with even a greater peace of mind. Thanks again, BMW of Sarasota. Exceptional service provided by your service team My daughter and her best friend were in Bradenton on a girls week before college begins when yesterday morning the car would not start. After a few attempts to jump it with no luck I had the vehicle towed to your location. Initially I waited for a bit to get in contact with someone but when I did (Greg Jones) was not only sympathetic but also placed urgency on the situation. The girls were to be traveling back home today and of course were in question as to what next. Do we need a hotel is my dad coming to get us were all thoughts running through their minds. After some diagnostic time Greg called to inform me it was a bad key fob and asked if I had another. I was able to next day the key and once it arrived my car was not only reprogrammed for the key it was also updated to the newest software. With no request on my part Greg informed me the whole procedure would be no charge. As anyone in my shoes would feel the question of what is this going to cost was at the forefront of my mind behind the concern for the girls. Greg’s communication was spot on and his personality is great. I wish I lived near your facility but I live in Charleston SC. I would tell everyone about your organization. Over 3 hours for scheduled service, gave me a loaner Jasmine is great and so is Greg service manager. Although it took 3 hours I was given a loaner. The holdup was getting the car washed. Carlos and Craig were great I brought my a vehicle in today for oil change, they gave me a deep discount, even though my diesel car was not covered by their Thanksgiving service I brought my a vehicle in today for oil change, they gave me a deep discount, even though my diesel car was not covered by their Thanksgiving service discount. They also reprogrammed my fob for Keyless Entry and Comfort Start. Carlos and Craig were extremely courteous, efficient and transparent. Like always a great experience at BMW of Sarasota. Nice to have a great dealer so close to me. More

Great Service from Carlos Munoz Carlos is a high-energy guy who really knows his stuff. An extremely knowledgeable service advisor with hands-on experience in the industry. He di Carlos is a high-energy guy who really knows his stuff. An extremely knowledgeable service advisor with hands-on experience in the industry. He did a great job today getting me set up with new tires for my 2014 BMW 320i and also running some other service checks while it was in. He and Greg jumped through hoops to get the job done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. They delivered on their promises. I have all my service work done by the dealer and buy all my tires and accessories there, as I value consistency of care. I therefore expect the best and am not the easiest customer to please, but this dealership has done very well by me for the six years I have lived in Florida. They do not let any obstacles stand in the way of providing good, friendly service. I bought this BMW brand new in the winter of 2013 from Emilio Torres, who is a super guy, and recently purchased an extended warranty through Jesus Castillo in the finance department. Everyone I’ve met here is friendly and they are all good listeners who always make you feel welcome. Today was my first time working with Carlos, and I want to thank him for a job well done. More

With access for a car for me, my car was fixed and reprogrammed by Tuesday morning so that I could feel safe while traveling. Thank you! More
