Over and over it was obvious that the salesmen didn’t really understand the technology included in newer model vehicles, but then we met John Collas. It was clear that John had put in the time to better understand the features of the vehicles he was selling. He handed us the keys to every vehicle we wanted to drive, and in no time at all, we were completing the paperwork on a great deal. There was no pressure...just the feeling that John wanted to put us in the vehicle that would make us happy. Dell and Vito were also very helpful in sales. We had a blast talking with Greg in the finance department (that never happens in a finance department). Kevin Gill was a fantastic help in the service department. All around a great experience. Can’t wait to see their new facility...these guys deserve it. More

From start to finish Jake and the team helped me with each step of the car buying experience. What impressed me most was his knowledge and straight forward approach to the selling process. I really felt like Jake was my advocate which is how you want to feel when your making a major investment. I was looking for a 2018 Raptor and Colonial was the only dealer around me that had multiple Raptors in their inventory. Jake was professional and knowledgeable about what I was looking for and was even able to arrange a Raptor test drive which I've learned is not common. I was also trading my 2010 F150 Lariat and was given a fair value for my trade. I was driving home my new Raptor in < 3hours. Overall a great consumer buying experience provided by Jake and the entire Colonial Ford team. Thanks! More

Premium performance car dealership I was shopping for a very particular (and limited edition) vehicle which was already past the final order date. I stumbled across Colonial on Ford's w I was shopping for a very particular (and limited edition) vehicle which was already past the final order date. I stumbled across Colonial on Ford's website - they had ordered the precise build I was aiming for and it didn't have anyone's name on it yet. George and the team were well-versed in what I'd be looking for. They had no qualms with any special requests - like leaving the plastic on when the vehicle arrived so I had a little less to worry about until I got a protective film installed. In fact, as soon as I broached the subject of license plate frames George knew everything I'd be asking and more. I was able to pick up the car just 3 hours after it got off the truck with fewer than 5 miles on the odometer. The team even installed a couple of aftermarket parts I had purchased ahead of time! George was extremely accommodating throughout the process. I came from about 30 miles away so he made sure to minimize the number of trips I had to take down and coordinate them around my schedule. I had to come down a few days after the sale to finalize inspection and get my winter tires put on - the folks at Colonial were taking time off for the holiday but George arranged for a local shop to do the work, and was happy to pull my trade around so I could get some side-by-sides. The only vaguely negative comment I can make is on facilities - they're certainly cramped and starting to show their age - but Colonial is on top of it and will be moving into a brand new facility in the next couple of months! More
