I did not feel listened to. I felt like a number and a commission. I bought a Jeep and specifically mentioned needing the running boards on. I was asked by Dylan to use my on AAA and advised that the business does not do loaner's. I messaged Dylan the next morning with my concerns and questions and the response was that he was in the office at 8:30. After selling me a vehicle that broke down before I got home there was no more follow through from Dylan until I made a compliant. The service department has been amazing but I would never work with Dylan or the sales department again unless I wanted to be treated as a number More
