Regal has always made me feel comfortable when doing business with them. I purchased a new car recently and worked with Cody and he was great as well! I cannot speak enough of the customer service. My first contact with Regal Kia was through Eva Rubi in Internet sales. She was very professional in gathering information and getting me in touch with Nik Goins in sales. I had already decided on a particular vehicle and pursued that with Nik and Eva's help. The process went well and never felt strong armed. A very comfortable and polite interchange. Agreed on model and price and the next day I was driving it home. Two other people I met with was Matt and Jayden. They provided the final touches to make sure everything went smoothly. Very nice dealership. While I was there, I went over to Service Dept and talked with Jorge. Very welcoming and informative. I believe when the time for service comes along, the Service Dept will be very helpful and supportive. More

This is my second new vehicle that I purchased from Regal. The financing went fine. Only two things that needs improvement really three. The K5 GT that I eventually brought was showing online as in the Regal. The financing went fine. Only two things that needs improvement really three. The K5 GT that I eventually brought was showing online as in their inventory but was really in transit. The price of any new vehicle that you buy from Regal comes with a package that's around $3000 on top of the msrp of the vehicle you buy. Some customers may not want the package but it seems like they equip the new vehicle with it! My K5 GT was delivered and the package was installed PDI! Window tint, door guards and more are part of that package. I'm a believer if you are buying a new vehicle you should decide what you want and don't want on it! Most dealers are doing this like a mark up on these vehicles! Most dealers in Lakeland are doing this with different packages so Regal doing it doesn't surprise me. Also during financing you are presented with extended warranties and service packages! Again you should choose what you want and don't! But I took several of the packages because I saw value of them! Unlike the packages for the tint and other features that are put on the vehicles price! These days and time when everything is so expensive, if you are blessed enough to even purchase a new car you should be able to not over pay for that car!! All in all would I buy from Regal again! Yes! This is my 2nd new car that brought from them! Nobody is perfect just which they work on the things that I've mentioned! And Orlando was the best!! Went to pick up my new K5. It wasn't ready yet! Had to wait a hour to drive it off the lot but Orlando took care of me! Wasn't his fault! More
