Stopped in on a rainy Wednesday night because I was looking for something with better fuel economy. I figured that noone would come out to help me. He was patient and willing to let me test drive several different models without ever asking if I was going to buy one. They gave me a good price on my trade and a great price on my new kia. I am extremely satisified with the whole experience and I loved being able to buy a car in the same town that I live. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Gregg's and look forward to the next car purchase I make at Chignoli. More

Whenever we pull into the lot to browse, Greg recognizes us and comes out to ask how we are- never any pressure of any kind, just always willing to help. He makes us feel like he's a friend doing that little extra every time. Test driving every car I'm curious about is a breeze, and Greg is so knowledgable on all of them. He's very patient, as I am especially fickle, and if the car I have interest in isn't on the lot, he works tirelessly to find one and bring it there for us. Once he finds us that perfect vehicle, negotiations are quick and painless-no playing games, just always a great price and a fair trade-in offer. It took 15 minutes from start to finish- not the usual 3 or 4 hours it takes at any other dealer! They stand behind their vehicles, too, w/ excellent follow up service. Honesty and trustworthiness are so important when making any big purchase, and we always know we will find it at Chignoli Auto.
