Hi Greg, thank you for the response. It seems like we go through this fairly frequently where I can just expect to walk away from a simple repair with an issue. It’s just gotten to be a hassle. So my headlight that I paid to replace is out. What can we do about that? Fairly certain it’s not the new bulb I paid for. I’ve been exceptionally busy and unable to make a follow-up appointment. But its likely there was some issue with maybe a bad wire that could have been overlooked. I want to remind you this happened previously on the driver side as well. Also guy at the counter said you’d have to take like 14 days to diagnose a leak? Is that true? I had a small issue where it appears my rain-gutters or whatever are clogged in my back passenger doors letting water in over the doors but only during really heavy rains. Appears to be a fairly common issue with the 17 GTI platform so I would think you could take a tool and clear it and if the issue recurs THEN I would worry about a 2 week leak trace on the vehicle. I don’t know, maybe the guy wasn’t awake yet but it seems like I’m getting overly complex answers to simple problems here. Any help would be appreciated! Best, Philip

I spent a 1000 dollar to get life time oil change, I don’t want it anymore, I spent about 5000 dollar on services and tires I bought on Audi Q 5 which bought from you guys, there was issues on and off from beginning and the record shows that, there’s no more talk, l will sell the car, take my losses and will never put my food in that Place, thanks for nothing.
