I bought my 2012 Tiguan new from another VW dealer. I have taken it to VW of Salem for the past several years for service and have always found everyone to be helpful and pleasant. I now have a more major mechanical issue that I have scheduled for evaluation and repair. I believe the issue is mostly related to a failing water pump. I hope all goes well with the repair/s and that I can get my Tiguan back on the road with reliability. At this point, I have been really happy with Salem VW and have given a 5 star rating. I will follow-up after the upcoming diagnosis and repair/s. I am optimistic that the rating will maintain itself. More
