My husband and I were in the market for a minivan for our growing family. We drove the Odyssey, Sienna, and Carnival before coming to Klaben to drive the Pacifica. The vehicle was amazing, but we weren’t loo growing family. We drove the Odyssey, Sienna, and Carnival before coming to Klaben to drive the Pacifica. The vehicle was amazing, but we weren’t looking for the brand new price tag. Greg saw one coming in from a 2-year lease that had all the bells and whistles we wanted, and made sure to give us first right of refusal on it! He communicated with us the entire time it was being detailed and certified, and made sure we had it by the time we left to visit family for Christmas! He is so kind, and you can tell he’s a family man himself. He drives what he sells and did literally everything to make this vehicle perfect for us. We made it to our destination and truly couldn’t have done it without this van. If you’re in the market for any vehicle, you need to go to Klaben in Kent and ask for Greg.
