That experience with another dealership only reinforced how exceptional Klaben is, as it was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had in comparison. It was a real “live and learn” moment that confirmed there is no better place to go than Klaben. My family has been leasing and purchasing vehicles from Klaben since I was young, and I kept the tradition rolling recently by leasing a beautiful Grand Cherokee for my wife. A huge thank you to Tim Beane and Justin Bolen for making that happen. Tim and Justin are perfect examples of what it means to deliver an outstanding customer experience during such an important decision.
