Following the death of my dad last year, everyone in the service department was kind a My parents have been coming to Kundert for cars for many years. Following the death of my dad last year, everyone in the service department was kind and supportive of my mom, and did whatever they could to be helpful when we brought her cars in for service. When I went into the showroom to look at what was available for when my mom was looking for a new car, George really stepped up. He listened carefully to my concerns and wishes, and bent over backwards to offer solutions to make sure my mom would find the right car for her. When she was finally ready to purchase months later, George again helped us, and immediately put my mom at ease. He’s friendly and straightforward, and did not make us feel rushed or pressured. He’s adept at establishing good relationships with his customers-my mom loved him and really bonded with him-and knows the cars he’s talking about. He showed my mom a new model that had just come in, and it seemed like just the right fit for her and met her needs well. She had never bought a car without my dad, and George reassured her that he would only be an email or a phone call away if she has any questions or doesn’t understand something about her new car. I admit that we had initially encouraged my mom to shop around for a car that would be just right for her, but after our dealings with George and Kundert, we were so impressed, and really wanted to stay with Volvo so we could maintain the relationship with this great dealer. Keep up the great work, George and the rest of the Kundert Volvo team! More

Wonderful Experience - Exceeded My Expectations Mike Mazzarro is the most wonderful manager/service advisor. He’s doing double duty as a service advisor while staffing is short. Triple duty, really. Mike Mazzarro is the most wonderful manager/service advisor. He’s doing double duty as a service advisor while staffing is short. Triple duty, really. He responded to each issue I raised, most pressingly, inadequately responsive brakes and a persistent scraping noise that turned out to be caused by warped rotors and a major rust problem. It took several attempts to remove enough rust to totally silence the noise. Perfection was sought and achieved. There was so much rust that replacing the rotors was not enough. Because there was one finishing touch to complete at 6 pm on Friday and I planned to leave directly for a weekend trip, Mike offered a loaner car for the weekend even though my car would be finished the next morning. This was so sweet. I’m touched by Mike's kindness and thoughtfulness. I was headed to an isolated area. He wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have any problems. I might have gotten by. I was also relieved that Mike told me that even though my catalytic converter is going bad that it’s not done yet. I have to be able to trust that I’m told the truth about needed repairs. I am reassured now. More

Incredible service and service agents! I can not express how thankful I am to have a service team as special at Kundert service department. They are always available to help you with your v I can not express how thankful I am to have a service team as special at Kundert service department. They are always available to help you with your vehicle even if it’s jus a simple item. They put my snow tires on my vehicle in the middle of a snow storm early am and had it finished in an hour so I could make it to work. The work here is always done 110%. You will never feel unsafe or unappreciated at Kundert service department and we can give special thanks to Michael and Pete for that. Thank you! Yours truly Stephen More
