I was greatly interested in safety and performance and these were key issues and making me decide to buy a Volvo. Also, Erin Kundert in financing was very pleasant and accommodating, explaining the whole process to me, making me feel like a valued customer. My husband and I had purchased a Volvo there many years ago and that was one of the reasons I returned once again to kundert. Mike Mazzaro, service manager, was another reason I decided to purchase my car at kundert. Mary M, service administrator, always has a smile and the time to efficiently handle whatever you need whether booking an appointment or renting a car if there are no loaners. And Mike M, service manager, is a consummate professional who takes the time to call you with any updates as well as test drive cars himself. So far, so good - hoping for a continued positive outcome.. Everytime I have brought my 2011 XC60 in for service I have been pleased with how I have been treated and could not have been happier with the sales Everytime I have brought my 2011 XC60 in for service I have been pleased with how I have been treated and could not have been happier with the sales department when I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. I have never experienced any of the negative stereotypical car dealership hassle. I have had a problem with oil burning now twice and both times everyone has been attentive and thorough. I only hope that this continues and that we are able to get to the root of the problem and satifactorially rectify the issue prior to my warranty expiration next summer. More
