After deciding on my Santa Fe Sport, the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Made it easier for my daughter to select one as well. We both left Universal Hyundai each with a vehicle. The very same day. We felt like family when we left the premises. All worked out beautifully. The transaction went pretty smooth except a couple of glitches which were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Overall we can definitely recommend this dealership for their service and customer care. We still have to see if it will hold up to our expectations after we have the first inspection done. More

Two Instead of One Because of medical issues with my back and legs I decided to look for a new vehicle as our Chevy Cruze, while a nice car does not have a large enough Because of medical issues with my back and legs I decided to look for a new vehicle as our Chevy Cruze, while a nice car does not have a large enough door area or steering wheel adjustment that allowed me to easily get in and out of the car. Looked at new Honda Accords and Chevrolet Malibu's but the issues were still there. I decided to look at Hyundai as I own a 2006 Sonata which I have always enjoyed driving and which did not have the issues as I described above. I found the 2017 Sonata was the answer to my problems, the door area is larger and the steering wheel adjustment allows my legs to easily enter the care with a clearance of at least three additional inches then the other brands. Worked out a deal and bought the Sonata. I decided just to try and see if I could get into an Elantra or would it's smaller size result in my issues resurfacing in that car. To my surprise I was again able to easily enter and exit the car with out a problem so I decided to replace my 2006 Sonata with a 2017 Elantra now we both have new cars and can fight over which car we drive on that day. Thus the story of two instead of one. More
