I was asked to bring back my car instead of getting it checked then and there while i was already scheduled to wait for hours for an oil change. Car stayed overnight waiting for a sort, and my car wasn't washed when i arrived to pick it up. Would've been nice that after the extended wait that it would've been washed but i walked asked till i was handed back my keys. More
