My car needed some engine work, ended up needing multiple parts replaced. While they had my car for two months waiting for parts, they accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle the entire time. Gunnar worked endlessly to make sure my vehicle got top repairs. They wanted to give me a used engine which would've meant more miles. He got me all new parts instead. My wife and I were traveling from Georgia and stopped in to Mohawk to see if we could get a quick wash of our Odyssey. We were greeted by Gunner and he said he would not normally just wash a car, mostly jus to Mohawk to see if we could get a quick wash of our Odyssey. We were greeted by Gunner and he said he would not normally just wash a car, mostly just after a service call, but he helped us out anyway. He also noticed that our car had numerous dead bugs on the front end and he explained in-depth that we should not leave the bugs on our new paint and suggested to use bug remover. I had a crazy experience while out in my CR-V this evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (o evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (or the cord). Although the dealership was about to close and I was still 20 minutes away, Gunnar kept the shop open for me and Hunter was able to take the seatbelt housing apart and release the latch. They saved me from trying maneuver myself out of the car with the seatbelt on. Thank you for your friendly above and beyond service and for sharing a laugh about this ridiculous situation with me! Mohawk Honda truly treated me like royalty! From the time I arrived with my vehicle to the time I left with my vehicle, I was informed as to what was happening and all of my questions answered. I came in hoping the lifetime warranty I had for Simonize Glasscoat I had purchased with my new Civic in 2015, would cover visible blistering on the spoiler. Simonize would not cover the damage.I couldn't believe this response from Simonize! I went to the dealership to see if they could suggest something I could do to fix the problem. I figured they were helpless in the situation. Before I knew it, Michael Malone, Service Drive Coordinator was there to do anything he could to help solve the issue. Michael took the issue into his own hands and told me not to worry, he would do whatever possible to restore the spoiler as it was before the damage. and he did! My car restoration is beautiful, like new, and finished in the allotted time!! I couldn't be happier; Mohawk Honda, you have a customer for life. I can't thank you enough!!! More
