Eric Sebar (General Sales Manager), Gus Chalak (Sales Consultant), and Mike Fazio (Finance Director) were extremely responsive to my requests, considerate of my needs, forthcoming with pricing and pre-owned car's condition, and treated me like the educated car consumer and loyal sales and service customer that I believe I am. This is one of the few dealerships at which I look for excuses to bring my car for service (Mike Mealey is my Service Advisor...also always responsive and provides excellent service...highly recommended) and come look at and purchase cars because the people here simply make me feel valued and I always leave with confidence that my needs are met and that they have my back when it comes to an excellent Acura ownership experience. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Unprofessional arrogant xxxxxxxx made a appointment for Friday 4-9-2021 to purchase a 2021 get there after test driving the vehicle I was told they sold it but they can get the car for me in a few day's Friday 4-9-2021 to purchase a 2021 get there after test driving the vehicle I was told they sold it but they can get the car for me in a few day's after a couple of days with no word from them I called was told they got the car come in Wednesday for delivery as I'm literally pulling in on Wed Gus calls and says I can't take delivery their systems are down. Two more days pass I ask for my deposit back and was told they got the car for me they can't refund my deposit so I go in Saturday eight days later to get the car already adding it to my insurance Gus sent the Vin number the night before to expedite the paperwork when I receive my insurance documents weeks later I found he sent the wrong number and I was driving around with no insurance and had insured a different vehicle on their lot. Unfortunately had to go back to have a remote start installed as it was already paid for they told me about two hours had me wait over three with no updates then say they were having issues getting it installed and I could take a loaner car and leave one would think if that was a option way not offer that in the beginning ? why was something as simple as a starter such a issue for allegedly factory trained technicians? When I finally get back in the car the lower panel under the steering column was hanging off and the dashboard, radio, driver door and hvac controls were covered in dirty fingerprints not cool especially during a pandemic I guess cleaning up after themselves would have been to much to handle, the next morning while cleaning the car I noticed not only did they leave the car a mess they scratched the underside of the steering wheel and driver door. Precision acura is garbage dealership I would recommend avoiding them at all costs! Mike in the finance department was professional at first but after declining to purchase a extended warranty and other high priced services they offer his demeanour quickly changed almost like he was personally offered. I've been to many car dealers new and used and have never experienced anything like Precision Acura. More
