It was fate . .. I pulled up to Imperial Toyota in Milford and there was Hany stepping outside for a breath of fresh air ... I got out of my car and asked ... are y .. He said yes and we started the process. He was so positive, helpful and had so much patience. I "tortured" him for a few hours looking at everything ... he showed me everything that might work for me and listened. Finally I decided on a beautiful small suv and 3 other interested parties came in after me for the same car. I was lucky he hung in there with me!!! Thank you Hany!! More

I've had several dealership experiences and, having had a two decades long support career myself, I can say confidently that Imperial Toyota has it figured out. I walked in and was welcomed within a minute and was sat down with a snack, bottle of water and friendly salesperson (Hany) right away. Hany took the time to get to know me, understand my wants and needs, and tell me about himself as well. My time at the dealership topped over four hours, but it went by in the blink of an eye. The options were clearly explained to me by Hany and later by the (equally friendly and personable) finance manager. I never felt pressured or like I was anything but valued. In fact, I felt valued and that each person in service, sales, management and finance truly wanted to make my experience positive. Even when I returned for my sticker and registration, the staff remembered me, warmly welcomed me back, took the time to hear about my experience with my vehicle this far and offer suggestions and troubleshoot any issues I had. As a service professional and as a customer, Imperial Toyota and Hany have my highest recommendation. Five stars. More

I would like to thank Hany and Desiree for all their Help in the purchase of my new Lexis. I have always gone to Toyota in Milford for all my Vehicles, but this time was different. I was there for service in the purchase of my new Lexis. I have always gone to Toyota in Milford for all my Vehicles, but this time was different. I was there for service on my Toyota Highlander and ended up leaving with my dream car a NX300 LEXIS because of the help of Hany Arian . I don't like dealing with dealer especially when they can be PUSHY when you're just looking. I had no intention on purchasing anything because there's nothing wrong with my Highlander. Hany Arian was kind, nice and most of all not PUSHY. I told him what I liked thinking there's no way they will have it for the price I was willing to pay IF they give me what I wanted for my Highlander if I was to sell. Well to my surprise Hany worked his magic and with Desiree I walked out of there with my Dream car. Thank you guys for all your help and making my experience a pleasant one.
