Several issues with tires, they wouldn't listen, and argumentative at points. End result is a bad alignment that they failed to see. Marking tire as have 5 on tread depth, when it was not. They told my wife it's a sports car "2021 camaro ss" and rear tires will wear more, which they do specifically drive tire, but this was a front passenger tire. I went and talked to them which is how I found out the tire was out of alignment. A week later got a knot on the side wall and was told there is zero on tread depth I told him it was out of alignment, but there is still tread on the inside of the tire. He insisted that it is bald and I was feeling wires. I didn't argue with him said ok, thank you, and left. We have the extra warranty on tires and rims, but because they don't want to do there job according to our records of service and there's this tire went from 5 tread depth to 0 in about 500 miles, which can't happen I also have pictures with dates and everything. Sadly I love chevy specifically camaros but will not buy another vehicle from this location. More
