This dealership is by far one of the best in our city! We bought one car from them two years ago, and when my parents were searching for their vehicle now, there was not a moment’s hesitation in saying “W We bought one car from them two years ago, and when my parents were searching for their vehicle now, there was not a moment’s hesitation in saying “We worked with Joe and had the most awesome experience, let me call him up and see if he’s there to help you”…what followed was one simple Phone call to the dealership, he called us back within minutes, set up a same day appointment and was so patient and polite with my parents. They decided to purchase their X3 from him. For my parents, this will be their first Luxury Car after working so hard all their lives! Thank you Joe for making it a memorable and such a pleasant experience. I would also like to give a special shout out to Svada who was so supportive in teaching the details about the car to my Dad after the purchase. Bobby, you made signing papers fun! Thank you for your honesty and staying late to get the process completed yesterday. Lastly, thank you James for understanding the situation, keeping the client’s perspective first and truly working as a manager who cares about his clients. Yours and Hassan’s speediness to get the car from a different lot, getting it detailed and ready for them, highly appreciated!!! Rallye BMW is an excellent place because from the time you walk in and are greeted by the receptionist till the time you leave, you never feel pressured to buy or are not followed by salesman, all you see the quiet luxury-guided assistance when you need it, and a friendly face. Everything was perfect, from the initial order to the delivery. Worked with Sales Consultant Eric Flack to build my M440i convertible which was seamless, even with a last minute change I requested which delivery. Also worked with the Business Mgr Dan Turin who was outstanding , no pressure just explained the financials and listened to my feedback resulting in a quick and perfect experience. Additionally the BMW Genius Suada efficiently performed a thorough review of my cars capabilities before I drove off the lot.
