I am incredibly frustrated with this car. I cannot as yet figure out how to use the various systems. I can't use my CDs. I can't pick out my favorite stations on the radio and they do not app I cannot as yet figure out how to use the various systems. I can't use my CDs. I can't pick out my favorite stations on the radio and they do not appear when I get into the car. the rear trunk door sometimes Comes down on my head when I'm not expecting it. This is dangerous. I do not know how to use the backup application. If I turn it on the wheel starts to pull out of my control. I had two visits with one of your genius employees, and he was very, very good, but in the short time we had together, we didn't even scratch the surface of the car's potential. no manual comes with the car. I'm sorry I bought it. More

I came in to look at some x3s. I do not like the new body style for the vehicle so I requested a lightly used retired loaner. My salesperson kept trying to push me to the new car I do not like the new body style for the vehicle so I requested a lightly used retired loaner. My salesperson kept trying to push me to the new car and wasn't listening to what I preferred. The sales manager came to talk to me, Hasan, and didn't have anything of value to add to the process. Just doubled down on the new car and told me to get it before the tariff pricing effected payments. When I went outside, I saw the x3 I was looking for and it was being prepped for delivery. Made me make a trip to the dealership on a sold car just to try and put me into something else. Waste of time for a trip. More
