The service coordinators are always so slow, from check in to finalizing payment. Whether they are shooting the breeze, or slowly waking across the bay to print out papers, there's a genuine lack of alertn in to finalizing payment. Also, I'll wait another 15 minutes after watching the tech finish the car before they get me to finalize payment. Also, this dealer has various coupons. One in particular says $75 off any service that I have used a handful of times to get an oil change with. This time, they made up some xx excuse that the coupon couldn't be used for oil changes anymore. Just print "oil changes excluded" instead of telling me when I get there that the "labor is already a discounted service" so I don't waste my time! More
