My name is Heather and I am happily married with 4 children. I'm originally from Long Island, New York, but have lived in several state while my husband was Active Duty with the Army. I enjoyed the experience and am grateful for it. It has helped me have a greater appreciation for what our men & woman in uniform endure on a daily basis that we tend to take for granted. Not only am I a mom to 4 children but am also a Siberian Husky mom of 4 beautiful huskies who are like children to us.

Service has progressively improved over the last 7 years. I've been having my Rogue serviced since purchasing it new in 2011. Always attempting to accommodate my concerns about repair work and costs with no pressure applied re. my decisions. The department has definitely improved since 2011. More

Very attentive to my needs Upon a routine inspection of my Rogue, the mechanic noticed a slight grease leak near the front axle. Mike (service rep.) informed me of the finding. Upon a routine inspection of my Rogue, the mechanic noticed a slight grease leak near the front axle. Mike (service rep.) informed me of the finding. After informing him of an extended warrrenty policy I purchased he contacted the insurance company to see if they would cover it. After a lengthy, but typical wait, the insurance company refused to pay the cost and stated the problem was not covered. Mike stayed on the case and was able to get the insurance company to reconsider their initial stance. After a $100 deductable, the problem was fixed in a timely manner and all is good again. Even on a busy day and with many customers, Mike was able to put my mind at ease by dealing with an insurance company. More
