I have been with Honda and Acura dealers for over 20 years and love helping people and building relationships with guests. The last thing people want is a stressor over a vehicle, and it is always nice to help make a negative situation, turn into a positive interaction.

The only reason for the four star rating is the question as to how can an hour's worth of work wind up costing $730? More
