My car stopped a quarter of a mile from the dealership, it was very stressful, getting it to the dealership, and to know it was the engine. I walked in the dealership very disheveled, because I just pushed it was very stressful, getting it to the dealership, and to know it was the engine. I walked in the dealership very disheveled, because I just pushed and towed the car in. Hunter definitely calmed me down, his customer service is top-notch, he didn't get upset that I was upset. He knows how to handle an upset Customer. Hunter definitely knows how to deliver a message with the best presentation with good and bad news. Hunter even helped me get the previous paperwork from the previous dealership. Throughout this whole process Hunter touched base with me. I felt like he cared as much about my car as I did every single time I talk to him, I felt very safe with my car being there. I inherited this car so it was heavy on my heart. The dealership could've gave me my car back, but after they put the engine in, they heard a rattle, and they addressed it. Hunter called, gave me the information, he thought I may be upset, but I was happy y'all took the time to do a thorough job. Finally, every time I asked a question if he didn't know the answer, he found out and got back with me. He didn't try to avoid the question or give false information, he found out what I needed to know every time. Even though this car was ruined by a previous dealership, your dealership never made me feel bad, they did a terrific job, and made me feel at ease. My mom loved the customer service so much, that she wants to come from Louisiana to buy her next car. I only dealt with the service department, but every single person in there was really nice. More

Before buying my new car, Heather went above and beyond to help me multiple times setting up appointments to service my old car.
