Disappointing I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, A I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, After the first visit we decided to bring our mechanic back to check out the vehicle, he had some concerns about a noise which he believed to be the transmission, after speaking with a manager they decided to have the service department look at it, which took a few days, we went back with full confidence they fixed the problem. The decided since the cost of fixing the problem they took the $250 credit off the Table. Wasnt to happy about that.This now are 3rd time driving the 2 hour round trip and of course the problem wasn’t resolved. So they asked us to come back they’d have the service manager look at it. A few days later they said They didn’t find any thing wrong so we go back got a 4th time ready to sign the papers. Before we had a chance to check the vehicle they started filling out the paper work. As if we already bought it. I put a stop to it and asked to test drive it, sure enough the noise is still there. They were going to inspect it one more time so again we left, at the time of the paper work knowing I might not take the vehicle they still ran my credit , which the GM told me they only run it thru 2-3 banks, well they ran it thru 7, knocking my score down almost 45 points. Well the moral of the story they called me the next day to tell me they’ve decide not to go any further after looking in to the vehicle They think it is a transmission problem and they were going to sell it at auction.. low n behold I look online today and they still have the Tahoe for sale, not only do they know they are selling a vehicle with a bad trans., they raised the price $500 this was over 3 weeks ago. So if your interested in the black 2013 Chevy Tahoe buyer Beware. I’ve already contacted the attorney general and am waiting for the forms to file a complaint. Shame on them for trying to sell a vehicle they know is a lemon More

Product Genius Makes All The Difference My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for the past 4 months. We are both incredibly sensitive to gimmicks and the disingenuous plea My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for the past 4 months. We are both incredibly sensitive to gimmicks and the disingenuous pleasantries of most car sales people, and so it had been difficult for us to trust anyone during the process. Then we met Heather. Heather was kind and extremely knowledgeable about her products. She took the time to get to know us and our needs. She was not pushy or over-eager. She answered each and every one of our questions thoroughly. Her empathy and forthrightness were, in the end, factors in our decision to buy. The entire staff at BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake are exemplary. They made us feel at home and immediately part of the BMW family. I was greeted by Michelle Who is in sales and I recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW or Mazda or any other car she has a great resources for any car brand and can find you the best deals around. Then sat with Heather who is a BMW genius walk me through my car and taught me things that I didn't even know it did and she was determined to make sure that every question was handled correctly. her expertise ,knowledge and passion for Bmw's got me even more excited for my new car. For my 1200 mile check up the service department welcomed and greeted me with the feeling that I was Dwayne Johnson walking in. Thank you Derek!!!!
