I have been trying to get my car fix for over a year. Each time i call they never get back to me on the status of the part they need to fix my 2022 Malibu brought brand new with 3 miles on it. When the sum heat my car up my radio loses its mind. it turns the volume all the way up and i have no control over it. When this happens the screen will black out also. I have tried to get this problem resolved for over an year. This issue is under warrenty and service (JIM Lamtman) refuse to call back or answer my email. I am still waiting on the owner Brock Lally to call me back. My service has been absolutley horrible and i would not recommend anyone to go here. Now i have to get a lawyer involved to get my car fixed. More

Was a good dealership at one time Worst dealership. Was good at one time, leased 2 cars from them, went back for a third, was there for 3 hours and got nowhere. We had Brenda a salesperson, and Henry a manager helping us. They didnt know what was going on. We filled out a credit app, waited 45 minutes then they came back saying we need to fill out a credit app. WE JUST DID THAT. So we decided to leave and upon us leaving they ran out and stood in front of our car to talk to us. Too late, will never deal with them again and told them that. Heres the kicker, a week later I get an email from someone else asking us to come in to turn in our lease and discuss options. More

I stopped in because I I purchased a three-year lease on a 2018 Chevrolet Volt after a visit to the dealership on the afternoon of Friday, August 24. I stopped in because I was interested in exploring the possibility of purchasing an electric or hybrid car. In reviewing the very limited possibilities, I had learned a little about the Volt, and wanted to get some additional information. We met with Henry Jablonski and had a very positive experience. He answered the questions I had clearly and without puffery, showed us a model on the lot that fit he specifications I had suggested (and my online investigations had indicated that not many Chevrolet dealers were interested in carrying or promoting this product or had any in stock) and, after a test drive, he reviewed a variety of possibilities for acquiring the vehicle. He never pressured me to consider more expensive models or add-ons, and was helpful in making delivery arrangements convenient for me for the following morning. It was one of the most pleasant and rational transactions I have experience in my own or other auto purchases I have observed. More
