Plus, she helped with an issue I was having with my review mirror after I picked up the Equinox. However, I arrived at the dealership at 9:40 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment to have my oil change and tire rotation, plus the on-off on the infotainment system was not working. The Equinox was returned to me at 2:40 PM. 4 hours waiting for an oil change, tire rotation, and radio software update, and from reviewing the paperwork after arriving home it appears the tire rotation was not performed. Disappointing!!! More
