Excellent dealership! Very negotiable and very intelligent people that I was able to meet and talk to! Two people in particular that I would like to shine the light on would be John Neubauer and Anthony Idiaquez. While Anthony wasn’t able to talk to me on the spot, John did a great job of filling in for him and discussing all the important details with me. Anthony though was the person that I talked to over the phone, when I was trying to set-up my meeting with him. They were very open to any questions that I had and explained everything to me in great detail. I seriously recommend John and Anthony as people dealers that will help you choose the car that you like the most! Also want to give a shoutout to the other people that work at the facility. Each and every single person that I talked to, was very friendly and very open to me. Also another person that I spoke to, that was able to help me in the finance department, was Henson Montas. He was very open, very intelligent, and very helpful and kind to me, in every way possible. He was the person that was able to tell me all the financial details that I wanted to know about, as well as helping me out to choose the best warranty for my car. High pressure sales pitch, inability to process a single form of tender for the full amount of the vehicle, extra $2,000 in fees if you don't finance and have a trade in, and they had the audacity to try an form of tender for the full amount of the vehicle, extra $2,000 in fees if you don't finance and have a trade in, and they had the audacity to try and charge me $1,475 for the reconditioning they had to do to the car in order to get it in salable condition. Some good that reconditioning did, by the way. I drove off the lot Saturday and had to replace the battery the following Monday! Not to mention their dealer fee is $200 dollars more on an as is lot than other lots that will provide you with a 30 day to one year warranty! What service am I paying for that warrants that extra money? More
