After being offered a beverage, we were escorted to his office. He was as personable as he was professional. His follow-up call & genuine concern for our satisfaction with the information he provided the previous evening was very impressive & helped us to make the decision to purchase our vehicle from the Northside Lexus dealership. Sales experience was good. Car explanation was very good with Herb. One thing I question about dealership is about window tinting. Got the following sentence in email from Car explanation was very good with Herb. One thing I question about dealership is about window tinting. Got the following sentence in email from Joshua just prior to us getting car: "Also, are you wanting your windows tinted? $495 installed." I rejected offer. The window tint is just fine. Was the dealership trying to hustle another $495 out of me? More
