Had to rely on GM to straighten the mess Javier created. Javier accused us of things we didn’t do and tried to charge me over $5,000 on a buy back that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If I decide to trade my vehicle in for another newer model, I won’t come to this Lexus location. Javier is a crook! He even told me to take my SUV somewhere else for maintenance, oil changes, etc. Still owes me a tank of gas per Sales Manager. More

Each person told me their name, but l forgot their names. The young man that was my technician for my old Lexus and the Don Ansley who sold me my new Lexus were excellent. I thank God for everything they did to make my buying another Lexus experience unforgettable. More
