I connected with him via the Costco Auto Program. He promptly reached out to me within a day and even sent a video of a potential trim level a car I was interested in. Pretty good marketing!! He's very prompt and on top of communicating with you - text and email. When the car we wanted was in transit, he helped us reserve the car and kept us in the loop. He even tried to find alternative options just so we wouldn't wait so long. When the car arrived, we set a date to close on the purchase. The "out the door" pricing discussion was straight forward. Peter was a truly genuine guy. Once we wrapped up, Peter made sure our car was detailed and literally wrapped up in a red bow before we drove it home. It was a great experience. Peter also helped get some accessories I wanted that were back ordered. He found a way to get it to me quickly, always looking out for his customer. Next time I in the market for a Nissan, I'll be calling Peter up. THANK YOU PETER!!! On the Finance side, I worked with Hesam Gheffari. Another genuine guy, who is super nice. While we signed alot of papers, he did a great job explaining everything. There was a bit of a challenge with my finance as I went with my own bank and then I made a small mistake. Hesam worked with me to get it all resolved by modifying all the paper work on short notice. Both Peter and Hesam are very professional and made the whole car buying experience a positive experience at this dealership. More
