I visited this Dealership on July 23rd and had the pleasure of interacting with Higor Teixeira. He was super nice and easy to have a genuine conversation. He was very helpful and honest with recommend pleasure of interacting with Higor Teixeira. He was super nice and easy to have a genuine conversation. He was very helpful and honest with recommending a service as instructed by the BMW repair technician that posed as a safety driving issue that would eventually put my family,myself or another driver on the road in danger while driving. Additionally, I feel that the repair technician who fixed the issue with in twenty minutes should be also recognized and an applaused for at least pinpointing the knocking noise that I thought was due to perhaps a required oil change. I truly appreciated the great service. I found and observed that the quite of few of the workers at this Boston location are very friendly and says hello when they see you sitting in the waiting area. This friendly trait is an indeed a nice to have and its the reason why I would travel the extra distance to have my car service at all times at this location. Bravo BMW of Boston. Regards, More

My car‘s engine got overheated and we had it towed to BMW of Boston which was just 6 miles away. Higor, the service advisor was able to get the car looked at within an hour.
